11/23日に、尿路感染で入院していた母が退院しました。
病院に迎えに行くと、車椅子に座っている母の後ろ姿がありました。「いやー小さくなったなー」が第一印象でした。保険外交員で、1日中働いていた時の母の背中は、倍くらいあったような感じがします。

退院する日は、前日に磨きに出しておいた車で迎えに行きました。車はピカピカ、天気は快晴退院したその足で、母の好きな中華屋で昼ご飯、そのまま かるーーくドライブ気持ちよかったな。
お家に帰ったら、バタンキューと寝てしまいました。夕方になっても起きないのでお越しに行くと 「病院では全然寝れなかった、家の布団だとよく眠れる」と言ってました。
病院寝れないんだよな。私もかれこれ13 14年前「急性硬膜下血腫」で一周間位入院しましたが 全然眠れなかった記憶があります。病院は行きたくないですね。
